I’ve joined as a Member – what do I do next?
Your documents are not downloaded automatically after joining. You need to access them through the Self-Help section of the website and, as a Silver or Gold Member, purchase them at zero cost, then download them instantly or later from your library.
Where do I find my documents?
All documents are located within the Self-Help area of the website. This is where your step-by-step program begins.
Why can’t I see all the documents?
All Bronze documents are freely available, however most other documents are only available to Silver & Gold Members.
If you cannot access a document, it is therefore included within a higher membership level. In this case you will probably be transferred to the Membership Options page.
Do I need to follow the documents in order?
Do the documents download automatically?
No. Documents do not download automatically. As above, you need to click into each document, go through the purchase process and download them manually.

Evolving Solutions Self-Help Membership Portal has been created to guide you through a structured, step-by-step approach to recovery, based on the same principles used within our clinical programs.
It has been developed from working one-to-one with patients, into a one-to-all self-help system, allowing you to access the same pathways, guidance, and support in your own time.
This platform has been built as a guided process. To get the best results, you should start at the beginning of your program, follow the documents in order and complete each stage before moving to the next. This ensures the process works in the way it has been designed clinically.
